We have partnered with Mainstreet Checks to offer our customers a wide variety of personal and business check options. Deposit books and accessories including endorsement and signature stamps, leather wallet and binder options, and check registers are also available.

We offer a Visa Debit Card to all new customers. Backed by fraud prevention, our cards offer a secure way to make purchases or withdraw funds from an ATM.

Customers may send or receive wire transfers within the United States. Outgoing wire fees are $15 and incoming wire fees are $5. Wire transfers must be conducted in person at The First State Bank.

Secure your personal belongings in one of our Safe Deposit Boxes. We offer a multitude of sizes ranging from 2x5x22 – 10x10x22. Safe Deposit Boxes are available to customers. *Please note that the contents of the box are not insured by the FDIC

Conveniently located on the east and west side of our building, Night Depositories are available for secure after-hour deposits. Please include your name and account number in a sealed envelope to ensure a timely and accurate transaction. We provide envelopes for our customers on the west side of our building. Lock-and-Key night drop bags are also available.

Contact the loan department to set up automatic recurring transfers from your checking or savings account to your loan. This will ensure that your payments are on time and that you do not incur any late charges.

Need to make a large purchase or have a guaranteed method of payment? FSB offers Cashier’s Checks for a $5 fee to customers.

Go Paperless with The First State Bank. FSB Online Banking customers have 24/7 access to view, print, or save their e-statements. Customers receiving e-statements do not have to wait for key information to arrive via snail mail. Accessing your statements online removes the risk of your mailed statement being lost or stolen. Enroll or log in to Online Banking to set up your E-Statements and save time and a few trees.

The First State Bank offers secure remote banking through our mobile app. Send money to friends and family in real-time with Zelle or use TransferNow to send money from your account with us to your account at another financial institution. If you can’t make it to the bank in time or you’re out of town, simply take a picture of your check and deposit it to your account. FSB mobile banking allows our customers to conduct their banking business on-the-go. Make transfers, pay bills, check balances, and much more all at your fingertips. Notifi (available through Online Banking or Mobile App) is a feature that sends real time alerts to your phone via text, email, or push notification. These notifications are customized by the user and allows our customers to be in control of their accounts by being aware of the transactions taking place. Our app allows you to set restrictions to your card including: geographical locations, spending limits, and merchant categories. Lock and unlock your debit card if it is lost or stolen.
